cook jumbo shrimp

Cook Jumbo Shrimp

  • Jumbo shrimp can be one of the easiest appetizers to prepare. On those hot days use a platter with a layer if ice on it, in the center have a small bowl with cocktail sauce. Arrange the shrimp in a way that makes it easy to pick up with your fingers. Have the shrimp tails going in the same direction and add a few lemon wedges around the perimeter of the plate. This will keep the shrimp cool and moist.
